Cox Machine warrants that its line of snowplow equipment and snow
limited warranty term is for one year, beginning on the date of invoice to
the original purchaser.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse (running into trees,
bridges, etc.), cutting edges, normal wear and tear items, hydraulic
pumps, electrical components of any kind, shipping, related equipment
installed by someone else, labor performed by someone else, or
damage to the truck that the equipment is installed on is not covered by
this warranty.
Cox Machine retains the right to ether repair or replace any parts found
to be defective.
